Required Documents for Apply

Important Points to Consider in the Application

If the application documents are in any language other than German or English, applicants must submit a Turkish translation certified by a notary or by Turkish diplomatic missions. Otherwise, their application will not be considered.

If the applicant holds more than one citizenship, it is mandatory to declare all of them. In case of an incomplete declaration, if this is later discovered even after registration and it is determined that the student also holds Turkish citizenship, the student’s registration will be automatically cancelled.

If any required document is missing, the application will be deemed invalid.
 
Situation 1 - ) For candidates who have acquired higher education entrance qualification (Hochschulzugangsberechtigung) from the 12-year education system in a country where German is the official language.

a - ) For Candidates Applying with an Abitur or Matura Diploma :
1 - ) Abitur or Matura Diploma
2 - ) Valid Identity Document (Passport, Turkish ID Card, Mavi Card)
3 - ) Biometric Photo
4 - ) Turkish Language Certificate
* For candidates applying to German-taught programs (30%), a document proving 700 hours of Turkish language education or an exam result certificate from the Foreign Languages Higher School may be submitted instead.
5 - ) Mavi Card Document
* Required for candidates who have a Mavi Card. If the candidate possesses a Mavi Kart, it must be presented.
6 - ) Residence Certificate
* Required for candidates who are Turkish citizens.
7 - ) Population Registration Extract
* Required for candidates who are Turkish citizens.
8 - ) Dormitory Entry–Exit Certificate or a photocopy of the passport page showing entry–exit stamps
* Required for candidates who are Turkish citizens.
9 - ) Evaluation Fee
* An application fee of 50 Euro per program is required. A maximum of two programs can be applied for simultaneously.

b - ) For Candidates Applying with a Fachgebundene Hochschulreife Diploma :
1 - ) Fachgebundene Hochschulreife Diploma
2 - ) Transcript
3 - ) Valid Identity Document ( Passport, Turkish ID Card, Mavi Card )
4 - ) Biometric Photo
5 - ) Turkish Language Certificate
