Important Information Regarding Applications

If the application documents are not issued in German or English, they must be translated into Turkish, which must be certified by a Turkish notary or by a Turkish Consulate. Otherwise, the application will be considered incomplete and rejected.

Applicants with more than one citizenship are required to declare all citizenship. If it is discovered that the applicant has failed to do so and is a Turkish citizen, he or she will be exmatriculated.

Applications with incomplete documents are considered invalid.


Required Documents

 
  1. High School Diploma,
  2. Certificate of Equivaleney - High School Diploma,
    • Certificate of Equivaleney must be taken from the Turkish Ministry of Education, the Provincial Directorates of National Education or Turkish Consulates. 
  3. Official Transcript,
    • Official Transcript must contained all subjects taught in upper secondary school/secondary school including the overall average grade. The transcript must be confirmed by the school administration.
  4. Result Document of the State Examination Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan,
    • It is required for who apply from Republic of Azerbaijan.
  5. Copy of the TR - YÖS Certificate,
    • It is required for who apply with TR - YÖS exam.
  6. German Language Certificate of at least C1 Level,
    • German Language Certificate recognized by Senate of the Turkish - German University.
  7. Turkish Language Certificate of at least B2 Level,
    • It is required for who apply the programs with %30 german education.
  8. Copy of the Passport,
    • Only the pages with the pesonal information, date of issue and expiry, entrance and exit stamps.
  9. Extract of Civil Status Registry,
      • Turkish citizenship or applicants with multiple citizenship with one of them being Turkish Citizenship.
    • Document that States the Dates of Entry and Exit to Turkey Issued by the Security General Directorateor or Scans of the Passport Pages with the Entry-Exit Stamps for the Entire Duration of the High School Education,
      • Turkish citizenship or applicants with multiple citizenship with one of them being Turkish Citizenship.
    • Copy of " Mavi Kart ",
      • It is required for who apply with " Mavi Kart ".
    • Copy of the Residence Permit,
      • It is required for who already have a residence permit in Türkiye.
    • Passport Photo ( No More Than 6 Month Old ),
    • Bank Receipt for the Transfer of the Application Fee
      • A fee of 50 EUR is charged for each application. The application fee can also be transferred in TRY according to the exchange rate of the Turkish Central Bank.
      • If applying for two study programs, a separate application fee must be transferred for each study program. The transfer receipts must be submitted with the application documents. ( If you are applying for two programs, 100 euros must be paid. Please note that you can apply for a maximum of two programs ).
      • Please note that a refund of the fees is not possible.
      • The bank receipt of the transfer must include the applicant’s first and last name, ID or Passport number and indicate “Application Fee for Foreign Applicants“ in the reference field.
